Missing Issues Claims
All missing issue claims will be honored free of charge according to the following guidelines:
Claims for all subscription orders must be submitted within 3 months of the issue date.
Claims submitted after these periods but within the calendar year must be prepaid at the single issue rate. No exceptions.
When submitting a claim, please include:
- Year of publication, volume, and issue.
- Complete ship-to address
- Subscription number found on delivery label
- Agency reference number
- Complete payment information (ie, method, date, and amount remitted)
- Nature of claim (ie, missing issue or receipt of damaged issue)
Submit claims to the corresponding Customer Service Center.

Change of Address
Address changes can be submitted to the corresponding Customer Service Center via mail, e-mail, or fax. We request 4 to 6 weeks advance notice for uninterrupted service. Please provide subscription account number, complete old address information, and new address information.

Subscription Account Numbers can be found on your mailing label, as shown in green on the sample label below.
Online Access
Subscribers will need their subscription account number for a one-time only registration in order to activate online access to content from 1998 forward. Information about activating your online access
As of December 15, 2008 Institutional Subscribers can activate 1 dedicated IP workstation or 1 UserName/Password per subscription. A dedicated IP workstation does not include proxy servers or wild card IP addresses.
Refund Policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. A prorated refund will be issued.
