Remittance Options
Payment for orders in North, South, and Central America must be made in US dollars drawn on a US bank. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the American Medical Association.
Payment for orders from the rest of the world must be made in British Pound Sterling drawn on a UK bank or Euros drawn on a European bank. Checks should be made payable to the American Medical Association.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted for all orders.
Taxes
For print plus online orders add 5.75% tax for orders with delivery address in Washington, DC, 6% in Iowa, and 6% GST in Canada. European VAT should be applied.
New Orders
Prepayment is required. All new subscriptions will be entered starting with the next available issue unless otherwise requested. Orders received with less than full payment will be prorated.
Delivery Service
Expedited air delivery is the only option available for all countries outside of the US and US possessions. All rates include shipping and handling.
